Buying a Car was Fun! I had heard great things about AutoMax and when I saw the car I had been looking for I decided to stop in. I called first and s/w David who was very friendly and provided the information I needed. I rec’d a text from Jessie immediately offering to assist when I was ready. I have always leased vehicles, so buying a car was a new experience for me and I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly... in addition not being taken advantage of. Well, the latter was far from the case. Jessie was wonderful, helpful, patient, and timely with responses to my texts. He and David worked with me to try to get me in my “Happy 50th to me” car! It took a couple tries and Cash joined “the party” and made it happen. I have waited a long time to get this car and for it to happen means a lot. Usually the finance guys are the dry and serious part as you are getting to the “Oh my gosh!” can & do I want to do this...this is it! Dan was awesome...he welcomed me with a great smile and firm handshake. Jessie, Cash, & Dan worked well together and really made it fun “signing my life away“. LOL! We pretty much laughed through it all and it was a fun process. These guys are truly genuine and great to work with! A standout for me, was since it was my first time buying a car, the process took a bit longer than usual because of me making sure my t’s were crossed and i’s dotted, I was there a couple days in a row. Each time I arrived, staff I hadn’t worked with welcomed me back... this absolutely blew me away! They were very busy every time I was there, so for staff I never interacted with to recognize me and acknowledge me is to me, above and beyond great customer service! Needless to say,I was very impressed and had a great 1st time buying experience. I will now be one of those singing AutoMax’s praises...Well Done and thank you! More
