Above and beyond I hate car shopping.....But Automax made it an AMAZING experience. My daughter and I went to look at vehicles. We are two very strong willed and op I hate car shopping.....But Automax made it an AMAZING experience. My daughter and I went to look at vehicles. We are two very strong willed and opinionated women. Josh and Jessie our sales men were awesome. They were patient with our numerous questions and wanting to test drive every vehicle there. Oh yeah and did I mention it was raining and they never once complained or got annoyed having to keep going out in the rain to get another vehicle. After hours and several vehicles we finally decide. Then it’s off to Finance. Dan was absolutely amazing. He worked with us for 2 days to get us a payment and interest rate we could all agree on. Also a huge thank you to Kayla also for taking our call every 30 minutes while we were working the deal with Finance. Any other dealership would of gave up on us but they never did. I can not thank Dan, Josh, Jessie, Kayla or Automax enough. We love our vehicles and Automax has customers for life. More

I made an offer online and the salesman told me we were very close in numbers and to come in and talk about it and we were not I thought that was a silly game 2. Gas was only at a quarter of a tank given how much we spent this disappointed me. Then when I complained the next day about this I got a 25.00 gas voucher 3. No floor mats in the truck however he did give us a set when I complained 4. The truck was not detailed However the finance part was quick and painless and I got a fairly good deal on a great truck and other then the minor issues that were mostly resolved after I brought it back I was very pleased and would buy from them again More
