I have been selling Chevrolet's since 2002 and have been with Courtesy Chevrolet since 2011. My favorite Chevy is the Camaro, but I know the complete line up. From the ZL-1 to the new Chevy Spark I can help you find the Chevy that meets your needs and your budget. A key reason I enjoy selling at Courtesy is that this Family dealership offers you three years free oil changes and a hassle free buying experience. My hobbies are snowboarding and skateboarding, and basketball.

He was very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and inquired about what was important to us. He was very upfront and honest with us which we appreciated having been through very different experiences with other dealerships. It was quite refreshing. The rest of the staff was extremely helpful and nice which added to the overall positive rating. We would definitely recommend Courtesy to our family and friends. More

Working with David Escobar (my sales guy) was an easy task and he never once made me feel pressured to buy something I did not want. He listened to my needs and made sure I got the best deal for my 2014 Chevy Impala. David went above and beyond and it was due to his sincere attitude that I decided to make my purchase at Courtesy Chevrolet and not somewhere else. His customer service and approachable attitude really made me feel comfortable and not nervous or pressured as in other dealerships. Once my purchase was decided I also had to opportunity to work with Martha, Jessica, and Jessie. They were also all very knowledgable individuals and the customer service I received from them was just outstanding!! They provided me with details about my purchase, met my financing needs, and provided instruction on the various instruments in the car. Overall, I walked out happy with my purchase and for any future purchase I plan to visit Courtesy Chevrolet. Thank you. Cheers, Israel castillo More

When I brought my truck in for some additional add-ons, they completed the work in a timely manner as they said they would. Tom Steffes was super knowledgeable in all the technology that was new to me and my wife. Answered all of our questions with authority and confidence. Eric Steffes was a complete gentleman explaining about my warranty and when arriving at the dealership was waiting my arrival and guided me on future options and services that were available to me from the dealership. I was also afforded the use of a loaner car while adding on my additional options. Jessie Wilcox and Gaylan Taylor were also very helpful. My overall experience was stress free and Eric was accommodating in the total experience. More

This was my second new car purchase in as many years and as with the first time around my experience was amazing. Lamar is a pleasure to work with, he really listens to your needs and works hard to get you the car you want within your budget. Jesse was great helping me with the extras that I wanted to add to my new vehicle around my schedule. Russel made sure I got the best possible financing with extra warranty and insurance that seems like a must. And Jessica was patient with me as she helped my set-up my Bluetooth and On Star function. Each and everyone of these individuals made sure that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and encouraged my to contact them if I can any further questions/concerns after leaving the dealership. WELL FOR STARTERS...I WAS THAT PERSON WHO WAS JUST LOOKING, NOT BUYING...I HAD BEEN RECENTLY THINKING ABOUT A NEW CAR. I HADN'T HAD A CAR PAYMENT SINCE PROBABLY 2005, SO WAS ON THE FENCE AS ONE MIGHT LOOKING, NOT BUYING...I HAD BEEN RECENTLY THINKING ABOUT A NEW CAR. I HADN'T HAD A CAR PAYMENT SINCE PROBABLY 2005, SO WAS ON THE FENCE AS ONE MIGHT SAY. THE AFTERNOON OF OCT 1 2013, I HAD A PROBLEM ON MY 2001 CADILLAC, WHICH WAS GONNA BE UNFIXABLE.. SIMPLE REAR WINDOW REGULATOR. WAS A CADILLAC CATERA SO VERY HARD TO FIND PARTS. ON MY DRIVE BACK TO EAST VALLEY WHERE I LIVE I DECIDED TO STOP BY COURTESY USED CAR DEPARTMENT. A LITTLE ABOUT ME, I'M A FLIGHT ATTENDANT FOR USAIRWAYS. HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 19YRS, SO I AM IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF. I'M ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS KINDA GUN SHY TO GET OUT OF MY VEHICLE AS ALL OTHER DEALERSHIPS I HAVE BEEN TO LATELY, THEY PRETTY MUCH ATTACK YOU BEFORE YOU HAVE EVEN GOTTEN YOUR CAR DOOR OPEN. WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN AT YOUR DEALERSHIP ...SO 1 POINT FOR YOU THERE. JAMES WALKED OUT THE OF THE DOOR AND I TOLD HIM I WAS JUST LOOKING AND HE SAID NO PROBLEM IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS HE OR ANYONE WOULD BE AVAIL. I WALKED AROUND AND WAS JUST LOOKING AT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF CARS NOT KNOWING WHAT I WANTED ...I ASKED JAMES SOME QUESTIONS AND HE SHOWED ME AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT CARS AND TOLD ME A LITTLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE CARS....WAS A REAL BREATH OF FRESH AIR FOR ME... I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MY DAD TO HELP ME IN SITUATIONS LIKE THIS, BUT HE PASSED AWAY UNEXPECTEDLY IN APRIL 2013. FELT TOTALLY AT EASE WITH JAMES.. THEN I DECIDED ON THE CAR I REALLY LIKED, AND WE WENT FROM THERE, I THEN WORKED WITH GRIFFITH WHO I GUESS WAS A NEWER GUY ON THE BLOCK. AND I WILL SAY KEEP HIM AROUND YOU HAVE A GREAT ASSET IN HIM. VERY NICE AND EASY TO TALK TO EXPLAINED ALOT OF HOW THE PROCESS WORKS. AND DID THE NUMBERS THING...LOL THEN AT THIS POINT ERNESTO BECAME INVOLVED. GREAT GUY THERE. IM KINDA A HARD xxx WHEN IT COMES TO YES OR NO ANSWERS. I WANNA KNOW WHY AND WHAT WE CAN DO TO GET TO A MEETING OF THE MINDS. HE WAS ON IT AND VERY HELPFUL. AND VERY GOOD AT WORKING WITH THE OTHER PERSON TO MAKE IT A HAPPY OUTCOME FOR BOTH INVOLVED, THEN ON TO FINANCE....MISTY.. WHERE DO I START...SHE WAS ABSOULOUTELY WONDERFUL. IM GETTING A LITTLE NERVOUS AT THIS POINT I KNOW I DON'T HAVE PIC PERFECT CREDIT BUT NOT BAD EITHER. SHE MADE IT SOOOOO EASY AND SIMPLE AND KEPT ME SMILING DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS. I DIDN'T TAKE MY BEAUTIFUL CAR HOME THAT NIGHT AS I DIDN'T HAVE MY TRADE AVAIL BUT GOT ALL THE PAPERWORK DONE FOR THE MOST PART. ALSO I REALLY WANTED TO WINDOWS TINTED BEFORE I TOOK MY CAR HOME . SO ERNESTO AND I WORKED OUT A DEAL AND WE GOT THAT DONE BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP TODAY WITH MY NEW CAR. SO TODAY I STARTED OUT THE DAY EXCITED TO GO PICK UP MY NEW CAR...AFTER I HAD TO GET MY WISDOM TOOTH PULLED.... GOT A CALL FROM GRIFFITH THAT THE CAR WOULD BE READY SOONER THAN WE HAD PLANNED....WHICH I WAS HAPPY. THEN ANOTHER BONUS CALL FROM MISTY SAYING SHE HAD GOTTEN MY INTEREST RATE DOWN LIKE 3% SO NOW I'M TOTALLY HAPPY AND EXCITED...SORE, NUMB TOOTH AND ALL. I GET TO THE DEALERSHIP AND AND AM GREETED BY GRIFFITH AND JAMES....SAY HELLO AND THANKS TO ERNESTO THEN HEAD TO MISTY TO SIGN THE NEW PAPERS...IT WAS JUST AN OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I THANK EVERYONE INVOLVED FOR THE GREAT ATTITUDES, AND HARD WORK YOU PUT IN TO MAKE MY BUYING PROCESS GO SOOOOOO SMOOTHLY....I LOVE MY NEW CAR AND THE EXPERIENCE I HAD ALONG THE WAY WITH EVERYONE INVOLVED. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART... YOU HAVE ALOT OF ASSETS IN THESE PEOPLE AT COURTESY CHEVROLET I HOPE YOU SEE THAT AND KEEP THEM AROUND FOR YEARS TO COME. THANK AGAIN KRISTINE TILEY A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER More

Where to begin? Well I bought my Kia Soul (I understand it's not a Chevy, the problem isn't with the car, it's with the company) in August 2012. They never posted my down payment, so I got a late notice f it's not a Chevy, the problem isn't with the car, it's with the company) in August 2012. They never posted my down payment, so I got a late notice for that. My first 3 months of payments were late and I have it set up to do an ACH every 2 weeks, so there should be no reason at all for late payments on them. My rear sub was blown and they promised they would fix it (it took them 6 months to fix it). I was promised details for the first year and they wont do that. Every time I tried contacting Eric Real he would never call me back or do anything to assist me with my issues. Now let's fast forward to this morning 4/20/13. Time for my first oil change yay!! I get my oil changed every 5,000 miles as a complimentary service with Courtesy. I called in on Thursday 4/18/13 to get my car scheduled for an oil change at 8:30 a.m. It took 1 1/2 hours for the oil to get changed. Why make an appointment??? I even heard a lady there complain that she had an appointment and they said it was going to be 3 hours for an oil change!!!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN???? I talked to Steven Pastrana and he asked me if I wanted a wash afterwards (it was the worst wash ever, my car is still dirty). I asked if it cost anything, he said no, so I said, yeah I'll take a free wash. WORST DECISION EVER. I signed a form on 3 different lines for an oil change....3 times.....keep that in mind. So he tells me its going to be about a 90 minute wait. I'm on the lot looking around, interested in some 4x4 Silverado's. I figured it's time to trade up and become a man I guess. So this salesman with a forearm tattoo...yeah I'm not the best with names....talks to me while I'm test driving a 4x4 Hemi Jeep. He sells me on going new for a Silverado 4x4...it made sense. So I start looking at new Silverado's. At this time Courtesy calls to let me know my vehicle is done. I went to pick up...now the fun begins.... First I get my receipt, then I wait 15 minutes for them to pull my vehicle up...already frustrated. The guy pulls it up and it now has a CRACK in the WINDSHIELD from top to bottom. The guy told me it was already there. I'm pretty sure i look at my windshield every day to know if a crack is there or not. So I tell him I want to see the advisor. He gets Steven Pastrana, and he tells me I signed a form that makes me liable for that. He talked about the heat (it was 78 this morning) and the cold water and that’s how cracks are formed...I understand that Steven, I'm in kindergarten anymore. So this guy in a lab coat comes up and said, let’s just get this handled and get someone to go to his house to get it fixed. So I'm sitting there thinking, - alright, they are going to help me get this figured out - I was absolutely wrong. Steven grabbed my insurance card and made a copy of it. I have full coverage on my windshield so I shouldn't have to worry about paying anything, I just wanted it to be resolved. So he tells me to wait while he makes a call. I wait around for 20 minutes and Steven Pastrana is helping out other people......I'M JUST STANDING AROUND WAITING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT'S GOING ON...so I start to get frustrated verbally with Steven (I didn't cuss or say any names at this point). He says he’s going to make that call. He then leaves. So now the lab coat guy comes back and asked me if I had been helped yet. I explained what was going on and he said that he would get on this right away. 5 minutes later Steven comes out with his Manager (George??) and he then explains to me how a crack works....I'm sitting here thinking, do I look like I'm in diapers and don't understand how physics work?!?! Anyways, he tells me he's not going to do anything. Steven Pastrana at this point is now swearing that he warned me about any cracks etc. before I signed anything - he didn't do that by the way. So they hand me my paperwork back and say, You're on your own, that's not our problem. So I walked back inside, handed the Salesman that went on the test drive with me his business card back and let him know of everything that happened. His jaw dropped as I walked away....I'm assuming at this point because he lost out on a 2013 4x4 sale, not because he wanted to genuinely help me with making a sweet purchase like that. So I leave. I understand at this point that Courtesy just cares about quantity. They are not a quality dealership. While waiting I saw more frustrated people than I imagined. Isn't buying a vehicle supposed to be fun and exciting?? Why are all of these people so upset? And that's when I remember where I was. Courtesy isn't a company you want to do business with. They are nice when you want to buy a car, but not so nice when it comes to helping out. Nothing but problems. Their sign should have a WARNING sign on it that states they won't do anything at all to help you. Not only will I be buying another vehicle from here, but I'll make sure my colleagues won't either. One of which has a 2012 4X4 Z71 lifted Silverado....They will be doing the same reviews in my honor just to make sure you all understand how disgusted everyone is with you from my experience alone. DON'T BUY OR GET ANYTHING SERVICED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE GARBAGE. More
