I contacted the dealership to purchase an extended Mopar warranty based on a mail advertisement I received. I received pricing over the phone, and asked the rep if I could please get a written quote e-mail warranty based on a mail advertisement I received. I received pricing over the phone, and asked the rep if I could please get a written quote e-mailed to me. I was told no written quotes are provided due to "corporate policy." This is a shady practice and you guys lost the sale due to this poor and ethically-questionable level of service. More

Worse experience evee. They pushed a vehichle with 172k miles on it said it came with warranty broke 2nd day I had it warranty said they can't cover it because vehichle wa They pushed a vehichle with 172k miles on it said it came with warranty broke 2nd day I had it warranty said they can't cover it because vehichle was modified so took back too dealership they fixed just so it was drivable instead of fixing what needed fixed. They taped exhaust back together and now truck broke again and only getting run around. More

I will start by saying, ask for Kyle! No games, no smoke and mirrors, no promises he couldn’t keep. We drove a long way, and Kyle was very upfront about what to expect. The dealership processed the paperwork quickly and we were out the door in less than an hour, which included our test drive. Jesse also came out to introduce himself and see that everything was going smoothly, which was nice to see from management. When I look for another vehicle I will be calling Kyle. More
