The dealership was amazing! Kept me updated on my jeep status and when it would potentially be in. The staff was really helpful, and Fernando was there to help me every step of the way, even with all my status and when it would potentially be in. Out of all the dealerships in 6 years ive been searching for a Jeep SRT, this has been the best and nicest experience. Tom also is one of the nicest, patient, and kindest salesmen i have had the pleasure for a Jeep SRT, this has been the best and nicest experience. Tom also is one of the nicest, patient, and kindest salesmen i have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Tom is not a typical pushy salesman who trys to get you to buy in a rush, he takes his time and will answer anything you ask and if he cannot he researched the answer for me. Second time dealing with Tom This is the second car we’ve bought from Tom at CR. A few years ago we purchased a van from CR and Tom helped us out. Tom dealt with us very fairly and got us the best deal possible. The used van was great and we had no major issues in all the years we had it. Unfortunately I chose to go with another dealership with one of our other vehicles, and had nothing but troubles from the moment we drove it off the lot. Not to mention the fact that the vehicle was WAY over priced. So when we found ourselves in need of yet another vehicle, it was a no brainer that we needed to go back to see Tom at CR. Once again he found us the vehicle we were looking for, and got us the best deal. We were treated with respect and kindness. So if you’re looking for a great salesman, go see Tom. 😉 More
