Big difference between 2021 purchase and 2024 purchase We purchased a new 2024 Crown and this time the trade and purchase went fast. Jessi was knowledgeable and worked to get everything done purchase We purchased a new 2024 Crown and this time the trade and purchase went fast. Jessi was knowledgeable and worked to get everything done in a timely fashion. The vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive on arrival at the dealership. Our trade in was examined and the price was acceptable to us. The paperwork was done quickly and the new vehicle almost ready to drive off until we found that the front license plate wasn't attached. That took extra time. But we were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours with the new car. Our 2021 experience was not easy or pleasant. Thank you Jessi and everyone who made it much nicer to buy from Andrew Toyota in 2024 More
