So to start of, my husband and I had a pathfinder we loved that ended up getting totaled. We went to Ford where I had a meeting with Jackie, who let me test drive a Subaru Forester. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the car. After crunching numbers, we were a little disappointed to hear it wasn’t going to be the right fit for our budget. We left the dealership to think about our options. Less than an hour later, Jackie had called with some great news. Her and a gentleman in the finance department went out of their way to help us get approved with a low rate, and a monthly payment we feel more than comfortable with, on top of a warranty! Jackie went above and beyond to make us feel special and meet our needs, and not make us feel like we were just a sale but actually a friend! She was professional, quick, and gave us her undivided attention, even when you can tell there were a million things going on around us. Thank you Jackie for helping my husband and I get into a car we will love for years! More
