This use to be good dealership, not anymore. My vehicle had an issue that was under warranty and one that was not. When the parts came in I left the vehicle. The maintenance department said it would take all day. Seven days later they said it was done. I asked about the non-warranty issue and they had forgotten to address it. It took them two days to adjust the parking brake. Meanwhile I had to leave town and Berlin City said we will “deliver your car to your house while you’re gone”. Great! The delivery driver left my passenger window open and it rained in my vehicle! Of course it was a weekend when I returned home to this and the maintenance department is not available. It took 4 days of pulling up the carpet and putting fans on it myself to dry it out. I contacted Berlin’s maintenance department on Monday and of course “the maintenance manager is busy, but we’ll get him the message”. The manager never contacted me. Unfortunately Berlin City owns the two closest dealerships to me. I think a local hack repair shop could do a better job. More

The experience with the service department was the worst I have ever had. The customer experience was horrible. I arrived at the appointed time and was treated as if I was invisible. The service "advisor I have ever had. The customer experience was horrible. I arrived at the appointed time and was treated as if I was invisible. The service "advisors" seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues then dealing with a customer. The time estimate that I had been given to complete the service was 2-3 hours "tops". I ended up waiting over 5 hours! In this period that was no updates. After 4 hours I went back to the service desk and asked if I could have an update. One of the advisors went back into the garage and returned claiming he could not give me an update. He curtly told me the he would find out the status but that never happened. Finally I started wandering the parking lot and found my vehicle. I eventually got a text saying my car was ready. At last I thought that I would be on my way. I went back to the service desk, which had no other customers waiting where I was once again ignored. After standing there for another 10 minutes I got the attention of one of the advisors whom had been pretending that I wasn't there to take my credit card so I could pay. I asked to see the service manager and waited some more but (no surprise) never showed up. Stay away from this dealership!! More

Don't care about customers who comes here with kids even though advertising as kid friendly. 7+ years loyalty worth nothing this place employees even after bringing. Y concerns with zero care for helping cu though advertising as kid friendly. 7+ years loyalty worth nothing this place employees even after bringing. Y concerns with zero care for helping customers with issues regarding their kids room use. (Some guy withbackpack occupied the room. And asked for help nobody care to help. Don't go there with family. More
