We had a very disappointing experience with the sales department at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. When we purchased our vehicle, our sales representative, Jessica Gonzalez, informed us that the deale department at Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables. When we purchased our vehicle, our sales representative, Jessica Gonzalez, informed us that the dealership had lost the spare key and promised that a replacement would be issued to us. Unfortunately, that replacement key was never delivered, despite multiple attempts on our part to contact the dealership and resolve the issue. Eventually, I had to go to the dealership in person. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the sales representatives who had actually sold us the vehicle did not come out to speak with us. Instead, we were sent to George, who was presented to us as a “manager,” although it was unclear what his actual role was. George was easily one of the least helpful sales representatives I have dealt with. His attitude throughout the interaction was essentially “nope, can’t do,” with very little interest in finding a solution to a problem that originated with the dealership itself. For a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I expected a significantly higher level of customer service, accountability, and professionalism—especially after the sale has already been completed. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to consider a different Mercedes-Benz dealership. If you do choose Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, based on our experience, I would specifically avoid working with Jessica Gonzalez or George. More
