She met me at the front entrance in the parking lot. Took me to the office & offered me a cold drink & we started talking stories on what I was looking for in a new car. I was there on a Tuesday for 6-7hrs test driving (2) Nissan cars, drinking soda, being offered pastries, etc. Jessica's customer service skills were spot on. She deserves a bonus. Her winning personality and easy-going no-pressure approach to selling along with her communication style were the reasons we found the car we did. We did not have Nissan on our list, but a quick stop and chance meeting with Jessica completely changed our trajectory. My experience with Rob Stewart soured the experience. He was very nice and friendly, but I did not appreciate the 'on the spot' decisions I was asked to make. I know this is a sales ploy and will not change, but I would have wanted to know my extended warranty options BEFORE sitting down to sign paperwork. I was asked time and again to increase my monthly payment plan I worked out with Jessica. I am still not sure what I ended up with as I signed up for GAP insurance that would "decrease my monthly payment" by a dollar or so, but then when I was looking at the paperwork I brought home I saw a $622 charge for GAP insurance. The $622 fee was NEVER mentioned. This makes no sense at all to me how my monthly payment can decrease when the price of the purchase evidently increased $622. More

purchase of a car Jessica was very helpful.. my daughter wanted new car, so I did go with her on the intent of getting a new car for her. I also wanted a used car but Jessica was very helpful.. my daughter wanted new car, so I did go with her on the intent of getting a new car for her. I also wanted a used car but when I went back to purchase the used car the following day, someone already purchased the used car. That was a bummer because I really wanted it and the price was right. I ended up getting 2 brand new cars..really enjoy driving but need to get to know the nuances of the car, like the wiper, radio etc. . More

Internet sales staff great job .. Other depts passable The internet sales staff were great. When I wasn't sure on the model of car I wanted when I went to the lot, the sales person was right there to show me the different features each one had and the best deals. Some car dealerships are pushy and annoying, these people were very professional and knew the fine line . I left buying the right car for myself. As for other depts, there is room for improvement . A car should never be sold by a dealership without a safety check certificate, it's illegal to drive without one,. It could have costed me court time and $100 fine per ticket. More
