Jessica Kondo was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end! She still keeps in touch with me to make sure I love my car and to make sure I'm doing well! She was very professional and transparent during the entire process, which I truly appreciate; I knew exactly what was happening, when it was happening, and why it was happening. Her follow-ups are outstanding. Despite the many clients she has (because she's just such an awesome sales associate!!), she remembered requests I had and would be sure to get in touch with me as soon as she could. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to reach out to Jessica when purchasing a new car and I'll be back for my future Nissan needs! More

Exceptional attention from Jessica Kondo at King Windward who was quick in responding to our interest in the Rogue, and provided info about the various options. She also gave us a list of cars in stock on si who was quick in responding to our interest in the Rogue, and provided info about the various options. She also gave us a list of cars in stock on site that met our specifications and had them out for us to look at on our first visit. This really made it easy to compare. She also gave us lots of information during the test drive and even after buying the car has remained in contact making sure the car is running well and we didn’t have questions or problems. She has been updating us on mats we ordered and delivery of license plates etc. Throughout the entire process, Jessica has been very attentive to our needs, friendly and upbeat making the whole car buying experience the best we’ve ever had over 40 years. Financing with Matt Moriki was also a very smooth process. More
