Straightforward and simple process We had an amazing experience working with Jessica. We called ahead to ask if a Kona was available for test drive and she not only had it ready when we We had an amazing experience working with Jessica. We called ahead to ask if a Kona was available for test drive and she not only had it ready when we arrived but she was also able to answer all of our questions. There was no pressure and she made the whole experience effortless, she advocated for us and got the best deal. Excellent customer service experience from the test drive all the way through delivery.
