We got several calls after to make sure that we were happy with our vehicle and did not have any questions. We had a chance to work with the service team as we requested a couple of upgrades, extremely professional and friendly at the same time. He clearly let me know all my options for additional coverage and explained the benefits; however, he also respected my no's to these add ons, which is a VERY different experience than some of my female friends have had at other dealerships. I've heard some nightmare stories of my friends at other dealerships, so I really appreciated that Niello Volvo respected me. That would make me confident to recommend my other female friends to buy cars here. Amy in the service department was also fantastic! She was great in all steps of the process, such as scheduling, day of getting me rides to and from home, looking over the car with me when it was finished, etc. Overall, I had a great experience here and would feel confident recommending this dealership to friends!
