Niello Volvo has consistently exceeded my expectations for pre-sales, sales, and service needs. The sales experience is easy, pricing is competitive, everything is explained in detail and there is no fee for pre-sales, sales, and service needs. The Service Dept makes it easy to schedule a convenient appointment, explains costs and makes reasonable recommendations, and waiting onsite is pleasant with a comfortable space, good coffee and Internet. The service department was different as well compared to other service departments… When I drove my car to the Service Department for my appointment, someone immediately came to help me. I also requested if they could charge my EV battery before I come to pick it up and they were happy to heed my request. More
