Buying a car can sometimes feel like stepping into a chess match where you don’t know the rules. That was not the case at Niello Volvo. Cole Kelley was fantastic from start to finish. Just honest conversation, quick answers, and a sense of humor that made the whole experience surprisingly fun. He knows the cars inside and out and walked through everything thoroughly without making it feel like a lecture. The whole team deserves a shout-out too: Chris (Sales Manager) kept everything smooth and efficient. Taylor (General Manager) clearly runs a tight ship with a great culture. Brian in Finance made the paperwork painless and straightforward. Carl handled the after-sale walkthrough and tech setup, which was incredibly helpful. Modern cars are basically spaceships, and he made sure I actually knew how to fly mine! Special thanks to Tim! More

Niello Volvo is extremely professional. They discussed our car with us in a no pressure situation and understood the enormity of a new car purchase. They were very informative and helpful i They discussed our car with us in a no pressure situation and understood the enormity of a new car purchase. They were very informative and helpful in our decision making process. Once we decided to go with a new XC 90 (which my wife and I absolutely love now after owning it for a month) they were so helpful in the financing options. They also took care of the vehicle and threw in a ceramic coating to help keep our vehicle looking new. I was not considering Volvo for a new car and stopped by the dealership out of curiosity. The team at Niello turned me into a Volvo fan and I am so glad they did. Anyone looking for a new vehicle should visit the team at Niello Volvo in Sacramento. More

My sales person never pressured me but was there to help, answer questions and even drove my other car to my home so I could drive my new car home.
