Jessica very rude and unprofessional. She Did not provide full explanation of what was happening with vehicle. I called the day before to confirm car can be repaired. She said come at 7:30am a we will take care of it, I called at 3:45 and they had just started the diagnostic. And was told it wouldn’t be fixed until another day. It was easy to schedule my appointment. I had a question about my battery life and when it was tested it was very low cranking power so I was able to have replaced during same visit. I had a check engine light on my 2024 Buick Envista and wanted to get it resolved sooner rather than later. I was able to make service appointment through the “my Buick” app. Jessica and her team identifi wanted to get it resolved sooner rather than later. I was able to make service appointment through the “my Buick” app. Jessica and her team identified and resolved the check engine light within an hour of my arrival. And Jessica had a great attitude for someone working a holiday weekend. More
