I have never purchased a vehicle here, however the sales team is friendly and willing to help. This is my first time using the service department and they was extremely friendly and willing to help as well. team is friendly and willing to help. My only complaint would be that I scheduled a 30k service and oil change, and evidently the technician that works Saturday did not show. That was not a problem, however I thought it was a little disturbing that it took 4-1/2 hours just to get oil changed. I love the fact that they offered to come pick up the vehicle and return it to my house, but I will not be scheduling that because I would not be able to trust getting my vehicle back in a timely manor. Seems like a good place, and maybe I just got an off day, but my wife uses the vehicle for daily commute to Nashville and we get 30k services done in Nashville in the time it took to get an oil change. More

Had a roof leak in my 2024 lightning, the team was able to identify the problem and seal it up without any issues. Even gave me a complementary drop off valet service when it was completed. THEY LIED AND SAID THINGS WERE WRONG THAT WERE NOT. THEY STOLE OUT OF MY VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. IF YOU CALL AND TRY TO COMPLAIN THEY WILL PUT YOU ON ETERNAL HOLD AND THEY STOLE OUT OF MY VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. IF YOU CALL AND TRY TO COMPLAIN THEY WILL PUT YOU ON ETERNAL HOLD AND NOT COME BACK. By far the worst dealership I have ever seen. If you bought here due to the lifetime powertrain warranty they will not honor it since the buy out. Even when they were miracle, the head of customer relations told me they would do everything in their power to get out of honoring it. Be sure to take anything out of your car when dropped off for service as they will steal from you like they did to me the very first time I took it in for service. If you have something repaired by them IMMEDIATELY take it to another mechanic to be sure they actually did the work. They were supposed to fix a problem that was on both sides of the vehicle but only fixed one side. They also called telling me I needed things done that were not needed for another 25000 miles per the ford manual. I was told WE Auto bought them out so I will be calling them, ford corporate and a lawyer. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are liars, cheats and downright the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More
