I am born and raised in the city pf Chicago. I started in the Automotive industry back in 2011. I was initially a Delivery Driver for Advanced Auto Parts and quickly worked my way up to a Super Hub Store Manager. Shortly after that I dove deeper into the industry and became a Service Writer for a major automotive shop. I gained quite the passion for the cars and in combination with my phenomenal customer service, it was a no brainer for me to continue in this industry.

Customer clerk service was attentive the girls do listen to the client and act upon automatically. The driver through vehicle service drop and pickup, I noticed that to my experience there's employees that to the client and act upon automatically. The driver through vehicle service drop and pickup, I noticed that to my experience there's employees that need training on communication skills. This particular young man is intimidated by females and desregard them. I think he just needs training on how to communicate with all types of people females or males. That person is a good worker and needs help. More
