Jessica Sanchez showed 2 they had on the lot and helped me look at one in particular. I then wanted to browse around on my own. Jessica let me do that on my own. I appreciated that. I came back and thanked her and went home to think about one vehicle in particular. The next day I went down to see the vehicle and talk to Jessica again. Each time I wanted more information she got it for me and when I wanted to look at something on my own she let me. She was very helpful seeing I get numbers and availability of purchase conditions. Never once pushy and always helpful. She even followed with email and when I decided to buy the next day she lined up everything to make the purchase and delivery easy.She got the right people involved at the right time and I felt like I had an advocate. I got to test drive when I asked and crunched numbers when I wanted to. She helped get trade ins evaluated and everything. She worked to earn my business and she did.
