Making an appointment was easy. I was taken back on time, and the service took perhaps 30 minutes. I took away one star, because after I drove away, I realized that the "Needs Servi I was taken back on time, and the service took perhaps 30 minutes. I took away one star, because after I drove away, I realized that the "Needs Service" alert had not been reset on my car, so I had to turn around and go back to get them to do that. A slight inconvenience, but nothing major. More
