The staff here makes you feel welcome and comfortable, and the professionalism and knowledge they provide far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, they explain everything in detail so that you understand exactly what you're buying. The honesty and friendliness is what really separates them from other dealerships. And for that, I now know where I will continue to do my business in the future. Also, a special thanks to Mr. Rob Caldwell as well for making the finance portion very smooth and understandable. My decision was further solidified by the way my wife was treated by the service department. Chuck understood why I had to wait to purchase ( wanted to pay off daughter’s vehicle first ) however Chuck continued to work for me to find what I was looking for. The right package for my lifestyle versus what’s new or popular or needing to be sold. Chuck worked with me for 21 months regularly reaching out to me or my wife to give consistent updates on offers and incentives plus to xxxxx where we were on clearing up finances to make sure we could not only purchase but comfortably afford the payments. On February 23, 2019 the sale was completed for a 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD OffRoad package. I sincerely mean what started out as a chance meeting for my wife’s purchase has grown into a lasting friendship. This was a difficult decision and substantial financial commitment that was made extremely simple and without any reservations due to the personal care and complete knowledge of the process Chuck gave me. I was informed of the process prior to every step so there was no surprises. The level of effort and personal care Chuck has is not something you can teach. You either have that character or you don’t and Seeger Toyota has more than a great employee but a great man. I will only purchase vehicles from this store and until he retires Chuck. I couldn’t be more excited, pleased and comfortable with the truck, or the sale as a process. I have no recommendations other than to recommend Chuck and Seeger Toyota to anyone that’ll listen.
