She actually stood there quietly for 15 minutes while my husband and I debated (argued) which car was better without trying to interject or push anything on us. However, after patiently waiting, she was able to help with certain points that helped settle our debate. You could tell she really cared about helping us make the right decision for our family. It was an easy and enjoyable experience, and everything about the experience made us walk away confident in our purchase.
