They had already made their inspection of the damage and what needed to be done. They explained that they were waiting for the two tires and would start work when tires were received. friendly and courteous. Jessie was compassionate and was glad no one was injured. They called early Tuesday morning and said the car was ready. Picked up car on Tuesday at 10:15 AM. That is what I call prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous. Deliberate lies about price of items and service I purchased new tires with installation. At every step of the process they wanted to give me general numbers for the services as opposed to a written I purchased new tires with installation. At every step of the process they wanted to give me general numbers for the services as opposed to a written price quote. Instead of saying the price is $90 (which it is when I called around prior) for installation they would say it will be around $100-120. They attempted to add taxes onto certain items prior to the total price to inflate prices for dealer profits. They attempted to tell me the federal excise tax for the tires I purchased would be $68-100. The reality was it was less than $9.50 for all four tires which was printed on their own dealer supplied materials. When called on this they said they are just here to help. In the end they didn’t replace the valve stems which they originally said was part of the installation. The service manager ‘Jessie’’ idea of customer service is to smile at you while they attempt to steal as much money from you as possible with literal proven lies written on their own documents. Be careful, price match, and don’t let them run games on you. They also said I needed new brakes. They indicated front brakes were less than 2mm and the rears were rusty and below 1mm. Based on the fact they lied at every turn I did not authorize the work. I brought the vehicle to another place and the fronts were at 2.5mm while the rear was at 6mm. Agreed the front needed to be replaced. The rears did not. More lies. Can provided documentation of the brakes from other reputable repair shop. More
