They were very polite and did not pressure me into purchasing any vehicle throughout my time with them. They listened, took notes on what I specifically wanted and they did whatever they could to make sure I was content with the process. I came out completely satisfied with the vehicle I did end up buying in the end. I stuck with Royal, rather than buying from another dealership just because of the way they presented themselves and worked. They are the real deal. More
