Both Jesus and Gil provided excellent customer service. Gil promptly responded to my inquiry and set up the viewing appointment. I was late to the appointment and Jesus ended up showing me the car. Jesus was great. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the cars. He always had the answer to our questions. Jesus also went out of his way after the purchase to help us with some post purchas features of the cars. He always had the answer to our questions. A friend recommended Royal Kia because of their selling practices - no high pressure sales, no haggling, etc. Before going to Royal Kia, we had been at another dealership and were close to buying a car, but it just got very uncomfortable and we left. We are very happy we found Royal Kia and will definitely refer anyone we know looking for a car. More
