We received nothing but excellent service from the service adviser JJ, as well as the technician servicing our car. The technician was able to fix our Prius within two days and it turned out to be u service adviser JJ, as well as the technician servicing our car. We traveled from Victorville just to have our car repaired from Longo Toyota because of the excellent reviews we have read. We will continue to take our Toyota vehicles to Longo Toyota. Excellent service from greet thru delivery. Our service writer, JJ, kept us updated thruout the repair and delivered our vehicle as he said and with the work we wanted and work he recommended.
