Excellent service from greet thru delivery. Our service writer, JJ, kept us updated thruout the repair and delivered our vehicle as he said and with the work we wanted and work he recommended. Busy. Asst managers in service are not as customer service friendly or understand the problem fully and are so busy they forgot to call me if the part w Asst managers in service are not as customer service friendly or understand the problem fully and are so busy they forgot to call me if the part was in. The supervisors Matthew and Robert are more reasonable and know Toyotas well and make sense. The others like Jesus were frustrating to me. The wait is very long even with an appointment they said I had to wait because others were in front of me so I was angry they gave me an appointment when others were all booked in front of me. It took me 3 days to get keys done so it very frustrating. But overall Longo is the best dealer I have dealt with as upper management tries hard to make a wrong right. Other Toyota dealers have broken things during service but Longo service is honest and not nefarious. I drive over 60 miles to and fro for service. I am spoiled at Longo Lexus with my LX so Longo Toyota is not as great as Longo Lexus but it is not the fault of the people as Lexus is more expensive than Toyota for the same service. More
