This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Throughout the entire process, with Jesus Aguilar (Sales), Oswoldo Ramirez (Finance), and in getting the opportunity to talk to Jason Laguna (GM), th Throughout the entire process, with Jesus Aguilar (Sales), Oswoldo Ramirez (Finance), and in getting the opportunity to talk to Jason Laguna (GM), they made the process seamless and a pleasure to purchase a vehicle. More importantly, I trust their entire team! They were great to work with and answered all of my questions. They have other dealerships as well: Toyota & Subaru. I just sent one of my friends to their Toyota store, as I know he will have the same experience. If you are looking for a Nissan, don't consider any other dealerships - just go to City Limits Nissan! I have been extremely disappointed in. The level of customer service and professionalism that has been displayed at this dealership. Merely days after my purchase, and the first time I dro The level of customer service and professionalism that has been displayed at this dealership. Merely days after my purchase, and the first time I drove the vehicle at nighttime, I identified that the driver side headlamp was pointing directly at the ground and it was as if I did not have a headlamp on thaybside of the vehicle. Inspire to the salesman, who I had to follow up with to make sure my co corn was relieved and was told they would correct my issue. At this point, less than week, I already had a malfunctioning turn signal, an inoperative headlamp, as well as the headlamp facing the ground. I was told these issues would be fixed. After brining in the vehicle for service I was told they replace both headlamps and the reason thenjeadla p faced the ground was due to a loose lightbulb. I was assured my issue was fixed. However, it was not. After I picked up my vehicle and it started to get dark I then realized that my issue had not been fixed and I also now no longer had high beams on my vehicle. I reached out to my salesperson who did not respond until I followed up later the next day. I was I formed that he spoke to his manager and we would get it in early next week. Since this message I have followed on 3 separate occasions and have not been provided a response. Also within a few days the turn signal thay was replace at the time of service is now imoperative off and on almost every day. At this point t I am just asking to correct the issue I was assured would be and was fixed when I brought my vehicle in. I have still had. No response from anyone at this dealership and it has been 2-weeks. As I stated before, I am very disappointed in the professionalism displayed by the salesman and the Management team and would never recommend anyone I know to ever by a car from CityLimits Nissan after my experience More
