I was not impressed by the lack of customer service given by the salesman Jimmy. He did not go over any of the features of my vehicle. He also did not seem to know exactly what was going on during the buying by the salesman Jimmy. He did not go over any of the features of my vehicle. The salesman Jim Spink did not go over any of the controls/features on the vehicle I bought and I felt like he had a more “hands-off” approach with me. He got Mousa involved and after that he really didn’t deal with me at all. I have bought several vehicles from various dealers and have never had such a negative experience. I was not overly impressed with Mousa either. I found his tone to be condescending as if he was doing me a favor. Jesus Marti was the only bright spot in my purchasing experience- he was very friendly and pleasant.
