Great Service My husband and I purchased a used vehicle in the beginning of November. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tom Vosnos, the sales consultant. Although we were going back and forth about which car we wanted and asked a lot of questions, he was very patient and made sure he answered all of our questions. He made the whole process a lot more easier for us. He has also sent us a follow up email to make sure we were satisfied with our car. Great customer service. Then we saw Jesus Padin, from the finance department. He did a great job taking us through all of the paperwork. He was very efficient and friendly as well. It was past their closing time and he still made sure that we had everything done correctly and we did not feel rushed at all. I also had to go back to the dealership to have my remote starter installed. The service consultants, Joe Sanchez and Omar Barajas, assisted me during this time. They were also very friendly and professional. Everyone we encountered at this dealership made this whole process a pleasant experience. After submitting an application online, I was immediately contacted by a woman named Yuri. I wasn't able to come in until the next day. A wonderful man named Nestor greeted us and I immediately felt at ease. Although I could tell that he was very busy, he was accommodating and helped us in our unique situation. He guided me every step of the way and I truly felt like I was in good hands. I was also helped by Jesus in the Finance department. He was super friendly and efficient as well. I know that the car buying experience can sometimes be stressful and drag on for hours. Not with these guys. While still being professional, they made me feel relaxed. They were also extremely patient when I had to go back and change some things in my paperwork. Jesus prepared all of the paperwork ahead of time. Although he was busy with another customer, Jack (in finance) helped me sign the revised papers and had me out the door in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future. Definitely the best dealership I have ever dealt with by far I am 69 years old and have purchased many vehicles throughout my life but there is no comparison to the outstanding feeling my and wife had purchasing I am 69 years old and have purchased many vehicles throughout my life but there is no comparison to the outstanding feeling my and wife had purchasing our Toyota Highlander from Bredemann. Our sales representative, Paul Costouros, was friendly and so informative, explaining and answering any question we had about the vehicle we purchased. He beat all the prices we had from other dealers, Costco and Kelly Blue book plus giving us all the time we needed to decide which vehicle we picked and then getting in the car and going through all the new mechanics that these new vehicles have plus telling us to get in touch with him anytime if we had any questions on how to use any of the accessories. It was a wonderful and the best experience we ever had purchasing our car. We wanted to add some extra warranty features to our car and Jesus helped us out with that explaining everything in detail and leaving all the choices up to us. We also have a 2006 Solara which we brought in for service and met, Richard Vasquez, the service consultant who also added to the excellent treatment and feeling we had at Bredemann. All three people I mentioned above definitely made our experience of purchasing a car and servicing our other car and new the best we ever had and we definitely recommend this dealership for all your needs. I also received a call from John Bredemann which was nice and he was happy to hear how happy we were. More
