Even better than expected! I chose Bredemann for my new car purchase for three reasons: (1) it's not far from where I live, so service will be convenient, (2) I wanted a Toyota I chose Bredemann for my new car purchase for three reasons: (1) it's not far from where I live, so service will be convenient, (2) I wanted a Toyota Camry or Rav 4 because of previous good experience with an older Camry, and (3) I'd had good experiences with the service department at Bredemann Chevrolet (which shares the property with Bredemann's Toyota dealership), and at Bredemann Ford in Glenview. I dealt primarily with Nestor Ambrosio (sales) and Jesus Padin (finance department); both are knowledgeable and helpful. Nestor showed me what I asked to see, accompanied me on test drives, and asked questions about how I would use my new vehicle to help me to make a decision. I did not feel pressured, but felt comfortable taking my time about making a decision and asking any questions I needed to ask. Jesus was efficient and thorough about explaining all taxes and fees when I was purchasing my new Rav 4. Shopping for and purchasing a new car was a pleasant experience at this dealership, and I would definitely return there. I would also confidently recommend Bredemann to friends and relatives looking for a new or used car. More
