We dealt with the same folks both times (Charlie Schiller - salesman, Don Ziemke - general sales mgr, Jesus Padin - finance mgr). All were great to work with. Charlie Schiller was very nice, patient, knowledgeable/helpful, and very professional. He was not at all pushy or flaky like some dealers I've had a bad experience with. Once I spoke to Yuri I was sold the girl beat anyone else's quote and gave me a trade in value for my truck that I was happy with. I could not be happier with my purchase. Their was no need for negotiating. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The only reason why it took a little longer was because they were washing the car :) Thanks again Jerry Giec and Yuri.
