We dealt with the same folks both times (Charlie Schiller - salesman, Don Ziemke - general sales mgr, Jesus Padin - finance mgr). All were great to work with. Charlie Schiller was very nice, patient, knowledgeable/helpful, and very professional. He was not at all pushy or flaky like some dealers I've had a bad experience with. Once I spoke to Yuri I was sold the girl beat anyone else's quote and gave me a trade in value for my truck that I was happy with. I could not be happier with my purchase. Their was no need for negotiating. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. The only reason why it took a little longer was because they were washing the car :) Thanks again Jerry Giec and Yuri. Couldn't have asked for better! Well my grandpa's recommendation still stands! I worked with Henry as my sales guy and Jesus as the finance guy and I couldn't have asked for a better team! It especially made me feel great that Henry had a 1950s Chevy pickup and a modern Chevy and Jesus drove a Sienna. There's just something about the people selling you a car they actually drive that makes me feel better about it. Henry took me for a couple test drives in the Chevys but they just weren't right for me. Then we went over to the Toyota side and took me for a test drive in the car I bought. He was knowledgeable about all the products and was friendly and nice and all around wonderful! He made the car buying experience amazing. While we were waiting on my insurance to fax a copy of my card Henry went out and got my mom and I cookies and waters and soda. He didn't have to do that. He had already sold us the car he was just that nice. I would not hesitate to back to Henry in a blink of an eye! More
