David Lurie has a wonderful sales approach and made the car buying experience as painless as it could be for my Mom at 82 years of age. The last purchase of her vehicle was made by my Dad in 2003, prior t car buying experience as painless as it could be for my Mom at 82 years of age. The last purchase of her vehicle was made by my Dad in 2003, prior to his passing. She felt it necessary to visit the Toyota showroom and purchase a newer model of the same Toyota Camry. After test driving a Chevy, Toyota Corolla and the Camry, she decided that smaller is not necessarily a better option for her at this time. David was so accommodating and patient. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. This is the second car we bought from Bredemann in seven years. Like our first experience, we have nothing but good things to say. Salespeople were all friendly and professional. As everyone knows, buying a vehicle especially a new one is historically not a pleasurable experience and certaintly not something that I was looking forward to. However my experience with Bredemann Toyota is historically not a pleasurable experience and certaintly not something that I was looking forward to. However my experience with Bredemann Toyota in Park Ridge was just the opposite. From the Sales Consultant, Nestor Ambrosio, to the Finance Manager, Jesus Padin, my wife and I couldn't have been treated better. I was referred to this dealership by a coworker to purchase a new Toyota Corolla. The moment I walked in, Margaret was friendly and helpful. She introduced me to Don Ziemke, the general manager, a very personable individual. Margaret quickly helped me find just what I was looking for, took me for a test drive and explained the car's features very well. Mr. Ziemke afforded me what I believe was an excellent deal for my needs. Jesus, the finance manager with whom I worked, was efficient, friendly and informative. Overall, it was a very positive experience for me and my daughter & 2 year old granddaughter (who enjoyed her time there). More
