I spoke to Jerry Giec on the phone. He found the used car I was looking for, and had it ready when I arrived. He clearly explained the terms of the sale, and arranged for me to get a copy of the Car-Fax car I was looking for, and had it ready when I arrived. Jerry also arranged to have the rent-a-car I had gotten from a south side dealer, to be picked up in Park Ridge, so I could drive the car I was purchasing, home the same day. Jesus Padin was most helpful when it came to arranging financing, especially in light of my less than perfect credit. He gave me tips on improving my credit as well. Both Jerry and Jesus were a pleasure to work with. They were very honest and down to earth people. I would recommend that they each get the highest scores possible. More

They were concerned with the entire process from vehicle selection, financing, pricing and delivering a top flight pro competence of this dealership. Yes, this is a business but when you leave after purchasing a car and can say as a customer that they could not have done anything more or that as a customer that you could not ask for more, the purchasing of a vehicle was a unique experience.
