Chase had my Tahoe for almost a month and a half for a fuel tank replacement. There was a major lack of communication over the course of this time. I never received a call informing me that my vehicle was fuel tank replacement. There was a major lack of communication over the course of this time. I never received a call informing me that my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up, as I had to call to inquire. When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, the cashier was dry and rude. I had questions about the repair that I needed answered before I paid and she told me to go outside and wait for them to pull the vehicle to the front so that I could make sure the check engine light was no longer illuminating. When the vehicle was brought to the front, I approached and asked to see the dash and I was told that he had to check in with the cashier first. I followed him back into the cashier and by the time I got in there, all he had done was drop my keys off and left. I explained to the cashier that he did not answer my questions or show me what I needed to see and her response was, “I can’t give you the key until you pay.” I told her that I didn’t need the key until I verified that the work had been completed properly in the first place and she told me to go wait outside and that she would have a service advisor. Come out to show me what I needed to see. I stood in the sun for about 15 minutes before I ended up going back into the cashier to tell her no one had yet come out to help me. Eventually, someone did come out, use the key to turn the engine on and verify for himself that there were no lights on. By the time I got to my vehicle to also be a witness, he had removed the key from the ignition and attempted to walk away again. I explained to him that I needed to see for myself that the engine light was no longer on, and he acted as though I was being a problem, and asked me, “So, you want me to start it back up?” It was ridiculous! On top of all this, because they had my vehicle for over a month, it was disgustingly filthy and they didn’t even bother to rinse it off! I had to drive it away barely able to see through the layer of dirt and dust that had accumulated on the windshield. They also failed to repair the airbag that there was a recall on that they said they’d take care of at no charge to me, even though they marked it as complete on my work order! I will NEVER do business with Chase again! More

I took my truck in to get serviced and repairs done. Had to take it back a second time to get additional repairs. After the second time I get my truck back with issues I never had. The manger basically laughed in my face when I returned a second time for a problem they never fixed..I explained to him that Jesus an employee did not write down a concern of mine he stated one thing at a second time for a problem they never fixed..I explained to him that Jesus an employee did not write down a concern of mine he stated one thing at a time ..so it was never fixed so now I am stuck with a 2024 with multiple problems and a warranty that expired because they didn't fix it when I brought it to they attention..he said he will not compensate my existing problem because his employee said I need er talk to him or told him but its records of me calling in dispatch for my issues..so Hector decided to join let's embarrass the costumer so they sent me away with a smile from them and a problem for me...because the problem still here its a humming sound coming from the engine radio compartment sounds like the wheels going to come off at 41mph or 51 mph..I kinda figured it out and explained to Matt the supervisor in he said congratulations hes matt he used me as a joke everyone that heard laughed he sent me away twice with the same problem..not professional at all..he also stated ask gmc to pay for it its not they problem if I want another speaker to pay for it but I brought it to Jesus attention before warranty was up called Jesus multiple time regarding this and he agreed to bring it in than act like he never dealt with me..this is unbelievable and not professional on any level..the supervisor Matt was the biggest unprofessional person I have met..Jesus basically never look at me or told them he talked to me..they need retraining and more automotive tech with experience to i identify problems in not give the customer back they cars without figuring out the problem this will be my 5time to a chevy dealer for the same problem..smh shame on chase Chevrolet..
