A disgrace I visited by appointment on 5/22 at 1:45 to buy out my leased RAV4. Alough I had been dealing with Jesus over the phone prior to the visit, he met wi I visited by appointment on 5/22 at 1:45 to buy out my leased RAV4. Alough I had been dealing with Jesus over the phone prior to the visit, he met with me for a grand total of 10 seconds in person. The "salesperson" who was assigned to me simple put 15 pieces of paper in front of me and told me to sign. That was the extent of our conversation. No introduction or anything. My wife had to actually ask who he was! There was a problem with your third party verification system that was verified by my bank who I got on the phone. Your salesperson just said "you can leave. I'll have to deal with this in the morning" We were the ONLY customers in the store at the time. I came in with cash in hand to do the transaction and was treated like I was buying a gallon of gasoline instead of a 22k car. I have only purchased my vehicles from this Toyota lot. That has now changes. I will not be back. I have also advised my wife not to go there in December when her lease is up and just to stick with Nissan. The visit was a shameful representation of DCH,.....delivering customer happiness, I DONT THINK SO! More
