Everything went smooth. Came in on a Saturday to get a price on a Grand Cherokee I could discuss with my wife. Negotiation was quick without a lot of back and forth. My wife and I discussed it and let them know around 5PM that we were good to go. Everything was set up for Sunday morning. They were ready when we arrived and the rest was set.
