Service department is busting at the seams with service managers but can't get a customer out of the door in 90 minutes for an oil change. Wait time for an oil change with an appointment is 2.5 - 3 hours. managers but can't get a customer out of the door in 90 minutes for an oil change. Wait time for an oil change with an appointment is 2.5 - 3 hours. Service manager was not available for my appointment, so another service manager stepped up to check me in. Service manager was again not around when my car was delivered out front from the bay. Texted the service manager that my car was ready instead of waiting for them to show up and tell me my car was ready. Was told at checkout that there are services that needs attention that were not performed. Paperwork shows that I declined them, however, I was not made aware of any suggested additional services while my car was being serviced. I'm annoyed that I now have to make another trip to the dealership to take care of services the car requires. More

Originally went for an oil change technician left the glove compartment retractor unhooked and the positive battery terminal went missing. I asked about it and I didnt even get a follow up about it. Had also order a part in which I left off that it was supposedly ordered and that I’d get a call if not the same day I’d definitely get a call the following day. Three days later no one reached out so went ahead called and the news was it hadn’t even been ordered. I had to continue to press to get any movement from anyone and while dealing with that the advisors were just pushing it amongst each other as to who the responsibility fell on. I know things can happen but some better communication would be nice and with the time the tech took I don’t see how he’s couldn’t double check his work. More
