I was test driving a car and hit someone (not at fault) had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. I was told I had autostart on my keys, it does not work but other than that everything is had to buy the car damaged even though it was not my fault. Car was not inspected appropriately and was leaking coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate wit coolant by day 2. Had horrible communication issues with service department. They had the car for almost 48 hours before anyone would communicate with us despite multiple calls and messages. Never could get a response from Mike or Todd Roth when issue occurred. Finance paperwork was done incorrectly twice and they failed to give me appropriate paperwork for the DMV so I will have to make yet another trip to dealer and then again to DMV.. Overall has been a very unsatisfying experience. Also be prepared that if you use Nissan’s emergency roadside service it make take you 3 hours to get a tow truck too. Not a selling point for them at all. More
