I came to Suntrup Nissan in the middle of a bit of a crisis; a car that I bought from another used car lot bit the dust barely a month after I'd financed it and the dealer of that lot basically left me crisis; a car that I bought from another used car lot bit the dust barely a month after I'd financed it and the dealer of that lot basically left me out to dry with no service (despite promise and purchase of a "warranty") and a loan that still needed to be paid off. Seth and Jill at Suntrup made the best of an otherwise bad situation. Within a few hours they had me set up and driving off in a great car with very reasonable finance terms given the circumstances. And most importantly to me, I'm leaving Suntrup knowing that my car is covered if something bad were to happen again. My biggest regret is that I didn't just come see these guys in the first place. I could've saved myself A LOT of hassle (and money). Thank you, Seth and Jill! More
