I have used the service department since buying my Prius in 2012 and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you value your health, RUN to another dealer. In the midst of the highest COVID cases reported and an increase in the number of deaths, IGH Toyota feels it's completely acceptable to allow staff and cus midst of the highest COVID cases reported and an increase in the number of deaths, IGH Toyota feels it's completely acceptable to allow staff and customers to run around without masks or wearing masks improperly. The service has gone completely downhill the past few years, so there's no reason going back. I found another place to do the repair for over $115 cheaper and they stated they take COVID seriously. I've always been seeing a lot of complaints stating people are getting charged ridiculously high prices and are suddenly having repairs done that have recently been done. It really seems to me this dealership is getting very shady. Go to a family owned business where they charge less and aren't a bunch of crooks. More
