I started my career in the automotive industry in October 2009 as the Cashier and Warranty Clerk and worked my way up to Master Service Advisor in 2014, Promoted to the Assistant Service Manager in 2017. Promoted to the Service Manager in November of 2025. I have only ever worked at Ed Martin Nissan for my entire career in the automotive industry. I have been married to my husband for 16 years and we have 2 very spoiled dogs!!

Service department was very knowledgeable and fixed my issue. Talking to Ken about trade in options was also very nice. My only complaint is that service seems to take way longer than it should.
