I bought a 2011 Nissan Sentra for my son, Eric was the sales person that contacted me. I had asked if I could test drive this car and do they do an at home test drive. He said yes and he brought the car over to us for a test drive, which is awesome, since I am on the west side of Indy and they are on the east. We liked the car, so we ended up buying it a couple of days later. Eric even brought the car back over to us when we bought it. Eric was very courteous and was one of the better sales people I have dealt with. He did exactly what I would expect of a sales person, I have another son who be driving in another 18 months, and I will definitely give Eric a call.
I did have a minor issue that Eric even took control of and fixed for us. Ed Martin did detail the car for us before dropping it off, but the factory floor mats were missing, and they did not put any back in. Eric tracked down a new set of floor mats for us, to replace the missing ones. That's service, because these are hard to find an OEM set for a 10 yr old car. Thank you for making the buying process easy.

What can I say? Bruce Kelley was awesome to work with. He is a pleasant, professional, and honest salesperson in my opinion! I looked at several dealerships and came back to work with Bruce because I felt he was trying his best to help us out and get us into a newer vehicle. Thank you 😊
