My Honda CRV was being driven to Florida by someone on my behalf. He had a water pump failure and was towed to your location. I understand that you did not have a Honda CRV 2015 Water Pump in your parts inve behalf. He had a water pump failure and was towed to your location. I understand that you did not have a Honda CRV 2015 Water Pump in your parts inventory. From this distance I find it difficult to understand why a Honda Dealer would not have this part on hand. We ended up at the dealership because of a faulty transmission. They were professional and very anxious to help us as we were on our way for a weeklong vacation.
