I have had a good experience with this dealership in recent years. It's improved greatly from how it used to operate. Jillian is a big part of that. I also would love to see a few other additions that places such as NTB offer (free rotation and balance with tire purchase and 1, 3 and 5 year alignment packages where you pay one price and can get unlimited alignments in that time frame). These are the main reasons I still go to NTB rather than Honda for these things but I would switch in a heartbeat of Honda adopted these too. This past visit was my first time having Jordan assist me, it was always Jillian before. He was also very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. More
