They were truly heaven sent. They were very patient understanding, they took the time to listen to me no pressure from anyone. Even the finance guy that closed my deal had a superior funny personality understanding, they took the time to listen to me no pressure from anyone. Worst experience ever. Tried to trade an Altima for a Rogue. They lied (I have proof in text) they false advertised (I have proof in screenshots) they we're rude!! We made a deal and they came back with Rogue. They lied (I have proof in text) they false advertised (I have proof in screenshots) they we're rude!! We made a deal and they came back with "oops we wrote the interest rate wrong, went up $25 on payments and failed to add my military discount. Brought a different car around than what I told them I wanted and said "it's the same just a different color" well that's not the one I came for. They try to put you in a car you don't want. Called me back 3 times because they wanted to make a deal and gave me the same $25 more deal. Even tho the price dropped $4000 online. Gave me some lame crap about fees. NO DEAL!! They wouldn't give me my keys and kept me til after dark even tho I told them I had an eye injury and couldn't drive at dark and got there at 2:00. They asked how I got upside down in my Altima, well I don't know, you tell me since you put me in it Don't even get me started on service. I got 3 free extra oil changes because I was mistreated, held over 2 hours or more every oil change. I finally told them I'd rather pay Benson Nissan then get theirs for free!! More

Great value car. Poor customer service. We have had our 2019 Nissan Sentra for 45 days now. Has been a fantastic car with great value. Would recommend this car to anyone. The dealership was to roll our old totaled out car into our payment plan with the new car. They have yet to do this. So now we are paying more for our new car. But Nissan of greer has yet to pay off the old lien holder. So now our credit is taking a serious dive. If you buy a car here. Make sure they get your accounts up to date first. Or they wont be able to help or wont help.. More
