Once I decided on the Forester Touring, online paperwork and other materials were FedExed to me. The buying process was streamlined, with the efficiency of Mark Way in finance. This was my first online purchase of a car and everyone at the dealership was professional and made it a very positive experience. Poking around on the internet to see reviews on the 2016 Foresters, I discovered Heuberger Motors and started chatting with on-line Salesman, Jim Adam Poking around on the internet to see reviews on the 2016 Foresters, I discovered Heuberger Motors and started chatting with on-line Salesman, Jim Adams. When Jim was busy with another customer or had a day off, the Internet Sales Director Eric Wass was there to make sure I didn't have to wait to get a question answered. But at the end of the day, it was Jim's knowledge, attention, and willingness to make sure all the details were covered and questions answered that sealed the deal for me. All I can say is WOW! My entire experience was a joy - I love my Subaru, I love my Salesman Jim Adams, and I even love my Finance Guy, Mike Pickett! Jim patiently allowed me time to make sure I was choosing the right Outback, went over all aspects of the vehicle manual, and got me up and running with the car's new technology before I left.
