My previous car was on its last legs and I had to get a replacement. I went down to look at a 2014 Forester I had seen on Heuberger's Internet site. I drove it. It was a nice car, for sure. I decided to drive a 2015 -- and loved it. Jim Adams made the whole experience pretty low-pressured and very reasonable. I felt like they listened to my automobile needs -- the individualized and personalized attention -- and made it possible for me to drive away content with my purchase. The price was right, and we were able to get the financing for an acceptable deal. I would also like to commend the folks who prep the car before handing it over to the new owner. They were meticulous! In fact, they pulled the car out of the bay, checked it out with the better light of the afternoon sun, and pulled the car back into the bay for some last touch-ups and polishing! Awesome. More

First purchase at Heuberger, won't be our last! We wanted the hot selling Outback 3.6R with eyesight, and no dealer in Denver had them in stock much less were willing to sell below MSRP. I noticed We wanted the hot selling Outback 3.6R with eyesight, and no dealer in Denver had them in stock much less were willing to sell below MSRP. I noticed a 3.6R fitting our needs showing "in transit" on Heuberger's website and I figured I would give them a shot. I sent them an email with a request for a quote on a lease for one, and Jim Adams promptly responded with a no-haggle quote for the car that was over 70 dollars less PER MONTH than the lowest dealers in Denver on the same exact lease terms (36 mo/15k per year, only first payment due at signing). Jim answered all of our questions and I put a deposit down for the car the same day. He then promptly responded with the vehicle pipeline report showing our Outback's current status in the build/ship process. We also received weekly updates until we got one saying our car was ready for pickup! Delivery couldn't have been smoother. Jim greeted us at the agreed upon time, and took us to see our car which was all clean and ready to go. We headed in to do the requisite paperwork/credit app. Jim then introduced us to Dawn, our finance manager. She came over to us at Jim's desk vs. having to go to the finance office, which was a small but nice touch. She explained all of the service plan/warranty options but at no time did I feel as if we were being "pushed" to buy something we didn't want or need. She was very professional and fun/easy to deal with during the entire process, and before we knew it we were ready to leave with our new car. Jim showed us all of the features of our new Outback, explained the break in procedures, and even set up my phone on the car's infotainment system. Time from showing up to the dealership to driving out- 70 minutes and a good 20 of that at least was spent with Jim showing us the features of the new car. Overall we were both extremely pleased with the overall experience and service from Jim and Dawn. They made the process predictable, quick, professional and even fun. We have no hesitation in using them again when we are ready to buy another Subaru! More

Since I needed the car by a certain date, I was a bit nervous when delivery the car was delayed due to bad weather. As I was weighing my options, Jim was very friendly and understanding, and made the car ready for pick up as soon as the car arrived at the dealership. It was truly a pleasure to work with a true professional like Jim and other Heuberger staffs during the purchase process too.
