The two local Subaru dealerships priced the car 6% and 8.8% above this fair price - even after negotiation. Jim Adams gave me a price 0.1% off our fair price (without know what it was) without negotiation over the phone! The transaction was pleasant. The dealership was dog friendly, so we brought our puppies in (they got lots attention and cookies). JIm was very nice and knowledgeable. The transaction was long (3 hours) but to be fair we asked quite a few questions. The only negative is that a second salesperson tried to push an extended warrantee we didn't want , until I had to get equally assertive in the opposite direction. We had a nice family road trip, stayed in a nice hotel, and saved between $1200-$2000 purchasing at Heuberger. We would definitely purchase from Heuberger - and Jim - again. More

We knew we had a budget for the lease we wanted to stick to, and Jim was able to provide a lease quote via email where some other dealerships would not tell us the information until we came in and test drove. Time was somewhat of the essence for us, so we were extremely pleased that Jim was able to provide this to us. There were a couple Forester trims that we were interested in, so we were able to drive those once we arrived. The whole experience was very thorough, including the finance portion in working with Dawn. We will definitely be returning to Heuberger and working with Jim when our lease is up! More

Easy process I started my search online, and eventually decided to test a pre-owned Crosstrek (at a different dealer). It was lousy, noisy and slow. I still wanted this vehicle to work out - because of mileage, appearance, size, and Subaru reputation. I decided to test drive a new model, just to see if the one I tried was just a lemon. Turns out the newer one was significantly better, and quieter. I do need to get used to the CVT motor when increasing speed and going uphill. Each day, I get more and more attached to my little Subaru Crosstrek. Jim Adams and Heuberger made the car buying experience painless. No haggling, and go back and forth on price. The bottom line, take it or not. Jim answered all questions, and taught us about the Subaru product. he seemed to really know his vehicles. More

Mother in-laws first new car My mother in law was widowed in Aug 13. She live in Ennis Montana and we live in Utah. We wanted her to move to Utah and live with us, but after a year it was obvious she is determined to stay. The winters in Montana are extremely harsh and we worry about her all of the time. So a couple of months ago we mentioned that she should consider a vehicle that was appropriate for the conditions that she lived in. We own an Outback and love it and she has a few friends that own Subaru's. So a couple weekends we took her to the dealership closest to her home in Bozeman. The Crosstrek was love at first site, she drove it and loved it. I then began shopping in earnest and found the car and color she wanted at several dealerships in states around Utah. I asked Heuberger and several other dealerships for their best out the door no BS price via the internet. I received a very well written email from Jim Adams at Heuberger, other dealerships caleld and tried to cat and mouse me (which I find offensive and demeaning). Jim and Heuberger Motors accommodated my needs by picking me up at the airport, taking me to the dealership in Colorado Springs getting me oriented to the car, closed the deal with no surprises, This was a great experience and the next time I need a Subaru I know who to call.
