I recently bought my 2014 Forester Subaru from Heuberger Motors with the assistance of Jim Adams. Please keep in mind that this my first real purchase of a brand new vehicle as I am a 24-year old female and Motors with the assistance of Jim Adams. Please keep in mind that this my first real purchase of a brand new vehicle as I am a 24-year old female and am the only child who never had to do anything on her own before. My first initial interaction with Jim was through my mother who found my vehicle online and we had many questions since we were not residents of Colorado. Despite that fact, Jim was extremely helpful and accommodating to every question and concern that I had regarding the vehicle. Jim not only made him available to my mother and I 24/7, but went out of his way to make sure that my mother and I both have the exact same information in order for us to move forward with my purchase. I am in the hospitality industry working for a luxurious hotel brand and I have to say that Jim is the epitome of excellence in his industry. Jim was not forceful or annoyance, but was a total pleasure to work with. I am very grateful for his assistance and when I had an opportunity to express my gratuity for his assistance via internet with this review, I jumped to opportunity immediately. I rarely write reviews on internet as I feel that they are not as accurate or precise as the reviewers themselves since experiences are usually biased. However, believe me when I say I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Jim (and we have) when we are needing assistance with another Subaru. Once again, thank you very much Jim for all of your assistance and time. You've made my first vehicle purchase very pleasant and easy. I truly appreciate all of your efforts and hard work. More

We purchased a new 2013 outback. We came from out of state. Jim Adams had everything ready. He took care of all our needs. The price we paid was below any other dealer I checked into. I first looked at Subaru Foresters online. Jim was not at the dealership when I went to look at the car, so Josh Martin served as my sales person. I found Josh incredibly easy to work with and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of a Forester. After lunch we completed my paperwork and Heuberger cleaned the car for me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I know I will recommend Jim and Josh to anyone I know that is looking for a Subaru! More

This was absolutely best car buying experience I've has in the 16 years I've lived in the States; this was the 4th Subaru I've purchased since arriving in Colorado but the first from Heuberger Motors, has in the 16 years I've lived in the States; this was the 4th Subaru I've purchased since arriving in Colorado but the first from Heuberger Motors, it will likely not be the last. I was actually treated like a customer, rather than a 'mark'. This is the first time I've left a dealership WITHOUT the feeling that I've been ripped of in some way that I haven't yet figured out. I hate buying cars. I truly dread it. I hate the song and dance and haggling, and the BS that goes with car buying. I bought my very first brand new car from Heuberger, and I couldn't be happier. I'm the type that researches, compares, and doesn't mess around. I figure out what I want, what I'm willing to spend, then I buy it from the best place. When I decided I wanted a 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited in white, I looked everywhere for one. There was only 1 in the entire state of Utah (where I live). But I found exactly what I wanted at Heuberger. Long story short - The internet price was fair and they didn't gouge me on the cost of shipping it to my doorstep. Jim Adams was a pleasure to deal with. Always prompt, courteous and helpful on the phone or via email. I didn't have to haggle with them. I got the car in Utah down as low as they would go, even when I told them I had a better deal in CO. The UT dealer said I should buy the UT car because they couldn't beat it. In the end, I got the Heuberger car, exactly how I wanted it, shipped directly to me, with no hassles, for nearly $1000 less than I would have paid in UT, even after factoring in the freight to my door. I highly recommend Heuberger. I only wish I lived in Colorado Springs so I could use them for service. Now I have to figure out which dealer in SLC to use. More

My wife wanted a new 2014 Subaru Forester. I visited the two closest Subaru dealers in the Utah County - Salt Lake CIty, Utah, area. I got on the internet and searched for the largest volume Subaru dealer in the USA and found Heuberger Motors. They had a huge inventory of 2014 Foresters. I easily found the exact model I wanted. My email response came from Jim Adams. From that point, the transaction was completely painless. Jim got the price I wanted with no hassle or pressure. He arranged to add the few extras I wanted that did not come from the factory. He emailed the sticker for the car I wanted so that I could read all the details and verify the car had the items I wanted. He arranged shipping directly to my home (I am about 550 miles from Colorado Springs). I could hardly drive to Colorado Springs for the price of the shipping Jim arranged. The lease paperwork arrived by overnight FedEx. The return FedEx shipping label was in the papers. Funds transferred electronically. The truck driver called a day in advance to let me know when he would arrive with the vehicle. He arrived on time and quickly unloaded my wife's new Forester. I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. This time the experience was so simple and easy. No pressure. No hassle. Just performance. Questions answered promptly and accurately. The price I paid was the price quoted (and a very good price, I might add). No gimmicks or last-minute surprises. I highly recommend Heuberger Motors and Jim Adams. My only regret is that I did not buy two cars. It was such a great experience that I want to buy again from Heuberger Motors. More

Our new XV Crosstrek is the second Subaru we purchased from Jim in the past 3 years. Our experience was great the first time so we made sure to keep Jim's info. We were excited to know Jim was still wor from Jim in the past 3 years. Our experience was great the first time so we made sure to keep Jim's info. We were excited to know Jim was still working at Heuberger when it was time to purchase another car. The sales experience was great, Jim was friendly, informative, and up front with pricing similar to our experience with our previous purchase. We'd recommend Jim and Heuberger to anyone. As a personal policy, I generally don't keep a dealership's decal or license plate frame on a car after I purchase it, but I was so satisfied with the service I'll make an exception. The Crosstrek, by the way, is a perfect fit for our family. More
